Any advice on what to do?

39 weeks today and the doctor told me my cervix is closed. Baby is head down and he was able to feel her head but my cervix is closed 😩

Just wait it out. You’re not even at your due date and most babies come around 41 weeks + 3 days. You’re not truly late until you’re past 42 weeks. I know it’s uncomfortable but just ride it out and baby will come when they’re ready. 
I wasn’t dilated at all until I started labour and she was very very low.

You have plenty of time. I’m not even getting cervical checks the numbers don’t mean much in most situations. If I go over 41w I’ll consider some checks.

I was 0cm dilated at 40+2, the same day my water broke. Dilation is not an indication of labor.

You have time. And it can change quick. Dilation doesnt always mean anything. My cousin was 4 cm for a week straight with her first.

You still have time! The pressure of baby’s head will open your cervix. Do deep squats to engage baby’s head. All the best, you’ve got this!

Same for me the last baby. But things can change quick! I went from 0cm to 7 cm in just a few hours and delivered him after a total of 4 hours of labor
