Depression Support Groups
Why do we not have free drop ins for Mental Health group talk sessions like AA meetings?? Or we do and I can't find them!!
Clearly would have to be online now.
I just want to be able to talk to people who actually get what I'm saying and not judge...without all this waiting for a referral to maybe a doc to sit with me for months, for me to slowly hate for only doing their job and being better together then me.
