I am having pink/ light red spotting

Im not sure what to do. Ive been having brown spotting for 2 days and had my hcg checked on Monday which came back at 587. Since I was only 4 weeks 3 days, they felt this was normal and totally fine. Now today at 4 weeks 5 days, I woke up to some pink/ light red spotting. No pain but I am so scared. This is my first pregnancy and my husband and I tried for this baby for 11 month. Im petrified to lose it.. the clinic is currently closed so I am just not sure what to do..
