Nursing during your period
I’m 14.5 months postpartum and recently my girl has stopped nursing so frequently during the day which I guess brought on my first postpartum period finally. I’m only on day two of my first period and I feel like it’s affected my milk supply. I’m aware that this can be normal but how do you deal with it? And also how do you deal with the nipple soreness? It feels like the first few days of breastfeeding all over again. So freaking painful! 🥴🙃
