Awkward baby penis question

I’m a FTM and so have no other boy to compare my baby too. I’ve noticed his penis has about an inch of “wrinkly” skin before the tip. Is this normal? It’s smooth, then the wrinkly/slightly wider section, then the tip. He’s always had it and I just hope it wasn’t a botched circumcision or something. Also I def can’t google “baby boy penis” to compare haha. Is this normal??
