Hey girls I just need to vent. So my mom called my boyfriend/my daughters father a dead beat the other day to me and my daughters face because “he doesn’t have a car.” Correct me if I’m wrong but a dead beat father is someone who isn’t there in their child’s life, doesn’t check up, doesn’t get anything for their child etc. Her father has been in her life since she’s been born. By her side, and has bought most things that she has. He spent over $300 on her the other day. He makes sure she’s got food in her mouth before we do. He makes sure she’s ok before anyone else. He puts her before anyone else....I told her I am waiting for an apology, and that it wasn’t right for what she said...especially in front of my daughter...I just don’t understand how someone is a dead beat if they don’t have something? She still hasn’t said sorry, and she refuses to talk to me about..it’s been a week since.
