Big mistake

I know astrology has nothing to with it, but I really think I lost my Cancer boyfriend 🥺 . I didn’t mean to hurt his feelings. Something’s were said on my end because I was upset. Now he’s not speaking to me. Long story short I told him he doesn’t care about me and my son, that he breaks his promises to me and son and didn’t even get us Xmas gifts. I don’t think what I said was that bad to where he blocks me on everything and doesn’t even wanna talk to me for days. I’ve made fake Instagram accounts and he’ll respond but just block me after. Did I really lose him or do I just give him space/time to come around?
