Yeah, about 12 years ago I was grating cheese with a giant rotary grater. It didn't have a guard you just have to be careful once the cheese starts to get down there. Well I zoned out and grated a chunk off my left pointer finger. Needed several stitches and now my fingerprints are messed up on that finger. Lol

It happens! I’ve cut myself cooking plenty. My husband cut his thumb open the first time I met his parents when we were newly dating. His mom took him to the emergency room for stitches while I sat here with his dad whom I just met.
