Threatened abortion?

Im currently 8w2d and are having menstrual cramps since before I even found out i was pregnant at 4w plus occasional light brown spotting. (Especially after moving around eg walking for 20 minutes) I already had a few appointments with the GP and OB, a few HCG test and ultrasounds all indicating a viable and normal pregnancy. Heartbeat is strong and 155bmp. My OB’s not too worried about the pain and brown spotting, but to let him know immediately if it’s red. I’m still very worried, anyone have a similar situation? Should I be worried?
