Stiff Hands?

I’ve been noticing that both of my hands have been getting stiffer and more painful to bend every day - it’s worse in the mornings. They’re not swollen, and the rest of my arms are both fine. Since I don’t want to rely on Dr Google and my next appointment isn’t until Thursday, I thought I’d ask here. Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m 35+2 and a FTM with diet/exercise controlled GD, so trying not to over analyze every little thing if I can help it.
