Rainbow baby

I'm just shy of 6 weeks and this will be my rainbow baby after an early miscarriage in September. I was super positive about this pregnancy until I woke up with cramps today after not even cramping at all. Thankfully I have no bleeding or spotting but I can't help but just feel that it's coming. I'm out of town right now and will be until Saturday, so I'm gonna try and make my appointment tomorrow but I can't help but think negatively. Anyone have a successful pregnancy after a mc? I'm feeling so down 😔
