Too scared to take one

Me and my husband have been trying for months and everytime I take one its a negative. And the hardest thing is seeing his reaction. I'm a week late and really hoping I'm pregnant this time. I've been cramping but that can be my period, and peeing a lot, but I also drink a lot of water lol. This time my nipples have been sore and sensitive and they never have. Could that be a sign? I don't want to get my hopes up I'm expecting a negative in the morning. But I'm really hoping this is the month I conceive❤
