Pregnancy

I AM PREGNANT! I’m 6 weeks and yesterday I had light bleeding and cramps(mild) I went to the hospital, the dr said it could be that I had sex the day before or I could be having a miscarriage. They seen the Sac and. Placenta, they did not see a fetal pole or my baby 😞. Now I have brown discharge that are like crumb like, same color I had when I found out I was pregnant. I’m trying to go to the OB tomorrow hopefully they have something. Could it be to early or is there something wrong ?
