Uncomfortable when baby moves

Does anyone else get an uncomfortable feeling when their baby seems to be pushing his butt or some body part hard against their stomach? Like both sides of your stomach get super hard and you can usually feel the round outline of his head or butt? It like makes me get really hot and I can feel the heat creep up my neck and into my face. The best way I can explain feeling is like you just got super nervous or anxious..
