Why not? You just use proper hand hygiene after cleaning the litter. 
Some will tell you not to clean litter but you absolutely can.

Yes just wash your hands after holding or petting them in case feces on their paws or booty. 
Don’t change liter box, have someone else do it. If you absolutely have to, I’d wear a mask and gloves then wash hands afterwards

Around the time I got a positive test (and probably before, I just didn’t notice) one of my cats hovers around me constantly! She used to be my husband’s cat, but now she doesn’t want anything to do with him 😂 If I’m working in our office, she’s laying at my feet; if I’m laying down she’s either on the bed next to me or trying to lay on my belly. It’s so crazy! This morning I was throwing up, and she waited patiently outside the bathroom for me to come out, and then escorted me back to my desk 😂😂
My hubby is good about doing all the litter, and both of my cats are only indoor kitties with all of their shots.

Yes! But if they’re going to go outside make sure you’re not going near their 💩 and if they have flees KEEP THEM AWAY FROM YOU! Swallowing flea eggs can give you worms and make baby very sick
