What is wrong with me? 😭

So I’m just about 7 weeks pregnant

This is my 3rd pregnancy (we weren’t planning on getting pregnant it the 3rd time, it just happened)

The last 8 days I have been experiencing cold chills, extreme fatigue and dizziness like craaaaazy!!! Mostly all of last week I was in bed bc if I got up I would feel like I’m going to faint and my whole body would start shaking.

I’ve been to the OBGYN she said theres nothing wrong.

I went to a general doctor, tested negative for COVID and he did a whole bunch of blood work on me and found nothing. He only said that my white blood cells count was a little high which maybe I could have a viral infection.

I also went to a ENT doctor and they found nothing.

It’s been 8 days and I still feel dizzy and get the chills. I hate this feeling bc I can’t do anything. I have 2 kids I have to take care of and these symptoms make it impossible

What is wrong with me? 😭😭 has anyone experienced this during pregnancy?
