Yes my best friend did. I believe she was taking Zoloft. Ask the doctor to be sure, that was about 5 years ago.

I'm not pregnant (yet) but it's something I've wondered because i take Effexor 75mgs I also wanted to know if it effected me while I was ttc.

Most ssri Meds are ok at certain doses. For example, some meds, like Paxil, is safe for lactation. 
Ask your doctor AND talk to pharmacist first. A hospital pharmacist, not just a Walgreens.

Yes. You can look up the effects of various medications on lactation and can see whether they get into breastmilk, and also how much and whether it's likely to matter. I think LactMed? Your doctor is likely to NOT know, though, because it's not something they deal with all that often so I'd do the research yourself and present that information to the doctor.
