High risk pregnancy

So I found out 13 days ago that I'm pregnant. 4 weeks today exactly. My first pregnancy I was high risk because my history of hypertension and my being on Lexapro (please keep comments about being on a Medication while pregnant to yourself, bc its 100% necessary) Anyways, I don't see a doctor until Dec 28th. Like should I call them and tell them or should I wait? I feel like They have no interest in seeing me earlier. I know you can't really see much in an ultrasound this early but still... Ah idk
