I think I'm going through a miscarriage 😭😭

Last night around 9 I started to spot then all night to bleed only when I would wipe and I'm stilling having this blood no clots just lower back pain doc didn't see anything in the sack but I'm only 5 weeks 6 days along so he's going to check my hcg levels I'm really scared this is my second pregnancy , I really wanted this baby for my daughter to have a sibling to play with I can't help but cry every time I look at her 😭 she is the best thats ever happened to me 💗 but God knows what he is doing for us and maybe in the future  my daughter will get her lil sibling please pray for us ! 🙏🏻 thank you guys so much ! I really needed to vent ! 😭😭😭
