I am 4 weeks post op after having fibroids and endometriosis remove. I have an appointment with my specialist today to find out when I can start trying again & whether trying naturally is still an option at this point. I think regardless I'll try natural for a few months as I have no known fertility issues (apart from endo) and my egg count is good.
