Ladies im very sad

I had 4 positive preg test I took all as proof to my doc ge was like congrats and I said not till my blood work comes back.Well it did I checked my patient portal online my blood was neg and doc said they were false positives due to to much of a similar horamone causing positives.So it took 5yrs to get my daughter. Then we miscarried last June its been a yr almost and still no baby.I just wanna do it one more time.Its all I'm asking God for and I'm on horamones my hubby is on a pill to help up his count.Idk if I can take anymore bad news.My heart chest are heavy.I keep it hidden well for my daughter but it's killing me ladies
