Feeling hopeless 😔

It’s 1 day until my expected period and I keep getting positives on my tests, but I went today for my pregnancy confirmation appointment and the doctor said the test they took at the office was negative 😔. Now I’m afraid my HCG is decreasing and I’m going to have yet another miscarriage. Just went to get my blood work done today, then have to get it re done in 2 days. I’m so afraid of what it’s going to say. I’m hoping it isn’t another miscarriage, but if it is, this will be my 4th, and I have no children yet 😭. Feeling defeated and unsure if I can take another loss.
