Help! No period after femara
Hello! Ok so i started my first round of femara (Letrozole) January 27 cycle day 3. I have not had a period since . I took a pregnancy test on February 27th and was negative. March is here still no period? Has anyone experienced this ? I just want it to start so i can start another round! Thank you!
