United health care IVF coverage

Hi ladies,

Anyone have UNited health care IVF coverage?

My policy covers 3 “complete rounds”

I had a round for stims+fresh transfer =1 complete round

Plus 1 frozen transfer which is 1/2 a round

I only have two embryos left and I want to do another round of stims. My fertility center is saying I need to use all my embryos first before insurance covers another round of stims.

Idk if I should pay out of pocket for my FET so save my coverage for a potential stims round.

Anyone go through this?

My embryos are not tested and i already had 2 failed rounds. Idk what to do.
