Lower right abdominal pain

I’ve been having pain off and on in the area of my right ovary for 6 days now. It started one day at work after I had gotten back from lunch. The next day I was fine, then the day after that the pain came back and this has been happening for the last 6 days. I’m experiencing the pain again today after being fine yesterday. Sometimes it’s a dull pain but today it’s more of a sharp pain, then it’s dull, then sharp again. Anyone have any ideas as to what it is? Do I have a possible cyst on my ovary? I have felt this pain before but it’s gone away after a day. But idk what’s going on, I feel helpless. Any suggestions besides a heating pad would be greatly appreciated
