Binge eating
Hey ladies ... for some reason I’ve been getting into these phases where I will binge eat large amounts of junk food all at once late at night and feel the urge to keep eating until I am completely stuffed even though I know I’m not hungry... do you guys have any idea why this happens or how to control it? I tell myself it’s not worth it, but it just feels sooo good in the moment. For example tonight I had 4 cookies and a pancake at 1:30am for no reason except that it tasted good. Any advice ?
