4dpo spotting 5dpo bbt dip no pic

I am praying praying this is implantation but fear my cycle is messed up from supplements. I had high temps before O. Then last night had alittle brownish spot when wiped with some cramping. This morning my bbt dropped alot by .27 and when I wiped I had brownish pink on tp and still cramps more so on left side. Is AF coming this early??? Did I create a luteal defect by taking fertiliad/Ovaboost?? I'm so upset. And the only thing I can do is go in today and watch AF come and see bbt tmrw morning... Pray for a spike and bleeding stop.... I hope its a bean burying its home for 40 weeks fx
