First time ivf

Hoping for advise and reassurance. I’m 39, husband is 41. We are trying for our first. I am on day 5 of my injections. I am doing Menopur 150 and Gonal-F 300. I had my first follow up US this morning and was told they saw a “few” follicles on each side but that that were still too small to measure. I was told to keep on the same dose of the meds. Is this typical? I feel a bit disappointed and was hoping I would have better news. Next US is on Monday so I’m hoping for better results.
