Sex Depravation

So my husband gets home from being out of town for a week. Toward the end of him being gone, I had some things happen that were fairly rough, so I was looking forward to him being home even more than usual. He gets home, suggests that we have sex (which we haven't done in weeks & he RARELY suggests), starts getting the kids ready for bed, I finish getting the kiddos to bed, go get myself ready & then lay in bed to wait on him. About 20 minutes later he comes to bed. I start rubbing on him & especially his package & this fool says that he is tired & doesn't want to have sex. Then he stays awake to watch 45 minutes of TV.
