High needs - 10 months

Guys I’m so exhausted I feel like I can’t find anyone who can relate . My 10 month old girl is crying and whining the majority of the day and wants to be held . This isn’t a phase it’s been this way for a longgg time . Is there anything I can do , nobody can really help me either she just always wants me . I have to be constantly right next to her , can’t walk 6 feet away or it’s a meltdown . I’m worried for the future if this is a part of her personality . Simple things such as walking away for a second or trying to cook cannot be done , she will lose her mind if she can’t be in my arms or have me RIGHT there entertaining. Has anyone experienced this early on ?? And advice appreciated
