Present for daycare teacher bday

One of the teachers in my sons daycare class has a birthday next week. She is the nicest lady and she loves my son and definitely takes extra special care of him (I had another baby in April and my son was acting out a lot and she really worked with him and helped him adjust).

What should I get her for her birthday? She said she doesn’t really drink coffee just monster energy drinks lol. I’m horrible at picking out gifts also. Usually I get them Visa gift cards bc they work like cash and you can buy anything you want. But if anyone has suggestions please let me know! Thank you!
