Newborn sleep advice

Anyone else have a 10 week old that will only sleep 1-2 hours on and off all. day. long? And is usually fussy in between those spurts?

People keep saying it will get better and I know it will....but it's getting old fast and I start work in 3 weeks!

We've tried...

Swaddles...of all kinds

Pacifiers

Different formula

Heating pad ( to heat up the mattress before we put him down)

Upping his formula

Newest try is probiotic drops 🤞🏻hope this is the one

Any tricks of the trade from experienced mama's out there? I know I can't be the only one with a baby that does not want to sleep long hours...if I am, consider yourself lucky 😆
