Watching my baby grow is giving me anxiety

My baby girl just turned 5mos. Tonight I decided to look back at old videos from when she was a newborn, the first time I caught her smiling on camera, and the first time she started babbling. And I could feel myself wanting to break down. I’m sitting in the bathroom holding back tears because I feel like I didn’t appreciate those moments enough. Seeing my baby girl grow and watching her learn new things and start to roll over or want to sit up makes me so happy but I feel like time is going by so fast. I feel like in the blink of an eye she’s gonna be a teenager telling me to get out of her room lol I’m overly emotional tonight.
