FINALLY GOT MY PERIOD

ladiesssss. I haven’t had my period since September 2020 and I Finally got my period . I was a little sad cause I thought it was implantation bleeding cause it started off as very light spotting but than 3 days later it got heavy. I’m happy that I finally got my period . Maybe that means my body is going to get back to routine maybe my pcos acne will calm down ? Any ladies experience this that they didn’t have their periods than they finally got it and ended up pregnant after ? I know not right after but at least a couple months after maybe ?
