Morning sickness

I was extremely sick yesterday and couldnt even keep water down but today i just feel a little queasy! Now my hubby is sick and cant keep anything down! I will be 7 weeks tomorrow! This is my 3rd baby and have always had horrible morning sickness! I am kinda worried because aside from yesterday i havent had much of any morning sickness! Even my husband is asking if am sure am pregnant because I always get so sick! Anyone else in the same boat? I know i am wishing bad things on myself i am just use to always getting really really sick with pregnancy!
