swollen ankles

this is my ankles after being on my feet for 8 hours, not that bad, but i can tell they are kinda swollen.. they been like this since i was about 32 week, ill be 38 weeks tomorrow.. what can i do to bring down the swelling a little ? and i think the lower part of my legs are swollen too.. (excuse my legs being hairy lol)
