3 month old in pain

My baby has been crying hard and I feel as her mom I can tell she’s uncomfortable. I took her temp and assessed her whole body. Temp is good. No rash that I can tell but I put rash cream on her bum. Gave her some gripe water and a little bit of Tylenol to see if that helps... but I don’t know what’s wrong? I’m gonna call the dr tomorrow. I don’t think she’s old enough to teethe.. and I can’t see any teeth or redness. She has been drooling a little the past week. She’s also a preemie so I didn’t think she would teethe early anyways because she’s only barely 2 months adjusted in a week. My husband said maybe an ear infection... idk I just want to help her. And for her to be able to sleep a little tonight
