Has anyone’s children ever had a rash like this? The only thing I’ve switched is her diapers and there is no rash on her bottom. Btw the dark spots are Mongolian spots not bruises. It makes me worry if it’s an allergic reaction of some sort.

Cant quite tell but could be eczema. Switch everything to fragrance free and keep well moisturized. If it doesn’t get better in a few days I would go to the doctor. 
There are a lot of things that could cause a rash like this. 
Fortunately, even if it is an allergy rashes are not the worst allergic reaction to get. But it does make it hard to figure out what it is and eliminate it.

Maybe do an oatmeal bath to help soothe!
Could it be laundry soap or any new foods?
