Daughter got shocked by and outlet

My daughter pulled out our power cord from the socket and she started to cry when I went over her hand was in the metal part. She doesn’t have any burn and she stopped crying after a minute. Does this mean she’s fine? And yes I had it blocked by her playpen but she moved it and I didn’t get there fast enough. I need to buy something that covers it completely. She’s a year old.
