Stomach virus and runny number 2 diapers

My poor lil 16month old has been throwing up since friday, and woke up from a nap in an overfilled runny #2 diaper.😔 She refuses to eat anything( offered puffs or a saltine cracker because she hasnt ate anything since this morning and barely ate yesterday) and just wants cuddles which i am gladly giving non stop ❤ So far no temp also. My question is, What are some things you do to help make ur lil one feel a lil better besides offering water and pedialyte.
