Septum piercing

Alright so I’m getting my septum pierced on Sunday (March 21st), when they pierce your septum, do they ask you if you want it high/low???? Or if you want it further in your nose so it doesn’t stick out as much??? I just need to be able to flip it up for work and I don’t want it to be too noticeable.

I’m not sure if any of what I said makes sense.
