Bump? Boil? Cyst?

Hey guys, I just need your opinion on what you think this might be?? It started off small and I’ve had it for a little while, and initially I thought it was an ingrown hair, but today I did a lot of walking and my legs rubbed together quite a bit because my thighs touch LOL and it swelled up a bit and is slightly uncomfortable now. Please help LOL also, it’s like on my button part of where my buttcheeks meet almost? If that makes sense
