Why would this happen? Lately I've gotten a migraine right before orgasm & it comes fast & hurts so bad. Never had this happen before??

Sex is one of the triggers for migraines, my husband gets them sometimes😬. I'd take the advice of another commenter and speak to a doctor to see if they have recommendations, anyway😊

I used to get this years ago with a previous partner. Every time I orgasmed it was like my head exploded the pain was so bad... 
I worked out that I was literally tension. I was trying so hard to cum that it was causing me physical muscle spasms in my neck and giving me a headache! However, definitely get checked by your doctor, it could be completely different!!
