Early pregnancy symptoms?

I’ve been having sore nipples for about 2 days now. This has never happened to me before and usually when I’m ovulating or about to get my period my breast get sore but never my nipples. This time it is just my nipples. I also noticed today that they are a little swollen. I’ve been trying to conceive but haven’t missed my period yet so I don’t want to take a test just yet. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone?
