Help Me Understand

I need yall help. Maybe like a week ago I noticed that my boobs hurt most if the time but wrote it off to my period coming. I did the same with the acne. Well yesterday I threw up and couldn't keep anything down nor did I want to try. Today I woke up feeling sick and nauseated to. I'm scared to take a test cause I been trying for the last 5 months with no success and I just don't want to see another negative. It says my high fertility week was the beginning of the month. Should I take a test now wait. Do yall think I could be pregnant? HELP.
