Water leaking?

Question

So I leaked quite a bit of fluid. No smell. It did have some discharge in it I think because it left a couple of white spots on my bed and I also leaked a big spot on my pants. I haven’t leaked any since I don’t think.
I put a pad on and am laying down.
What do I need to do? Do I lay for a bit and then sit up to see if anything comes out?

I was leaking very little and turned out I had a tear instead of my water actually breaking so they had to finish breaking it lol and I gave birth (:

Same thing happened to me this Tuesday. They thought for sure my water broke by looking but all lab tests and ultrasound came back normal. And I haven’t had any leaking like that since. I was 36 +2

Doctor told me that if it were to keep happening that they’ll check me out but he sees no reason to right now since it stopped. Which is what I figured 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

My appointment is tomorrow. I’ve not had anymore leaking. No pain. Not even BH. She’s been moving all over. So I think all is good. I’m going to bring it up to the doctor though. I get 2 stress tests a week.

My doctor recommended to call the office during office hours or L&D at hospital during after-hours if there was any concern of leaking fluid.

My doctor sent me to l&d a few weeks ago when I had clear watery odorless discharge. They said the only real way to know if it’s amniotic fluid is to test it. If it feels like a constant leak or a gush, then you may want to call/get checked.

If your water broke you will feel gushes even laying down. I was convinced I was leaking as my underwear was really damp on Sunday night. But my ultrasound showed plenty of fluid around the baby and the doc said it was unlikely that was amniotic fluid. Unless you feel those actual gushes or of course contractions 3-5 minutes apart just rest.
