What the hecky Toe Becky is going on?

Okay ladies, I think I’m pregnant but still can’t get a positive test. My last MC was Jan 31. It’s March. I have been moody, sore boobs, tired all the time, pee all the time, I had one day of extra light spotting a couple days before Valentine’s Day so do you think was implantation bleeding? I didn’t get a positive with my son until I was 6 weeks along. That’s this weekend and I’m very nervous that’s it’s going to be negative again. I’m so confused and I just want a positive. Even a vvfl is fine I just want one. Ugh! Any insight to my dilemma?
