My ears are ringing

Omg.

I just 🤯

I think my 11 yo stepson is being groomed.

He was telling me about what he was going to do with his phone when he gets it (he gets a phone from his mom for his 12th birthday)

I asked him like what are you going to do with it (more so as an interest of which games are you going to play etc.)

He said well I'm allowed to have Facebook when I'm 12, and tiktok (which he already has on his tablet) and he said "maybe I might get skype as well, someone asked me"

I asked him who asked him on skype and then a pause followed and he said "Axel" which is one of his friends from school, but the pause didn't sit well with me so I told him to never skype with strangers or people he met online, it's dangerous.

He said "no-o" in a teenage way but like really mellow as if it's already happening (which isn't possible as he doesn't have skype yet)

Then a pause followed and he then told me about his school friend's footbal trainer, who once "accidentally" joined his fortnite game, and he is now friends with.

They are sending (private? Is that possible?) tiktok video's to eachother and he's nice to him. Really (emphasized) nice to him.

This doesn't sit right to me. I am going to tell my husband but he' s at work now, the problem really is that it happens when he's at his mom's and I know she doesn't take anything serious that the kids tell me because she doesn't believe they'd tell me before telling her.

Also: I'm not seeing ghosts here, right? No football coach has any business playing games and sending tiktoks and being "really nice" to 11 yo's right?

Football = soccer, not that it matters 🙄 we're in Europe

So my husband told his ex. She was going to check.

She has not updated him whatsoever..

I THINK it means there was something to the story because otherwise I could imagine a 1000 mean ways she would comment to him about it and tell him he has no business with what happens at her house..
