Maybe Early Pregnancy Symptoms ? TMI

Okay everybody.. AF is due April 2nd & I feel like I was just hit by a bus! My whole body aches soo bad, I have bad diarrhea today(which might not be anything though I do have IBS) this morning my nose started to run really bad. I don’t get ever get sick.. ever. My head hurts, I had really bad acid reflux most of today & pretty much lost my appetite. I feel so crappy. I don’t want to do anything😒 i probably should add that I did lose about almost 10 pounds sense the end of December (I did stop some bad habits that I had so that could be a reason) I don’t have COVID. This is my first time TTC. Could this be early pregnancy symptoms or am I reading into it too much? Here’s my calendar as well😊 thank you
