Please help

Need recommendations to help with getting my 3 month old almost 4 month old to sleep in her bassinet. She’s just started this thing where she refuses to sleep in her bassinet for nap time or bedtime. She wants to be held or sleep in mommy and daddy’s bed. I do not want to co-sleep so I have been staying awake holding her. Due to not having time to pump and sleep exhaustion I have Mastitis and I am fighting to get rid of it.
